This is such a good place where you can relax and have fun also. the rooms are comfortable and they serve good food. The place is also clean with a good lobby and ambience. With my free time, I like to stay at their Tolstoy Lounge Bar, they have the best Turkish coffee! Their Dinner buffet is also the best.. some reviews are bad and exaggerated but the truth is when you stay in actual you will have a worthwhile experience.. Truly a good one!

The staff was astounding: front door staff couldn't do enough to help you, from luggage to booking your taxis or having a chat at the door. The receptionists, always at their desk ready to help, were the warmest welcoming smile every time we went past. When you think it couldn't get any better, the staff at the Volga restaurant showed you another dimension of hospitality: kind, unobtrusive, efficient and attentive....to complement the delicious food. The building itself is magnificent, with ample public spaces and a lovely rooftop pool, which is surprisingly breezy, cool and peaceful. Although you can have dinner at the hotel, you can also go out to nearby restaurants without lengthy treks so it's an ideal location. 10 minutes from the airport, by taxi, 10 minutes leisurely walk from the Metro station Al Rigga, it is also close to take away food outlets and a 24 hour supermarket.

Pleasant stay with friends,there is pakistani room staff forget his name Mr Naveed or Mr Latif was exceptional, his services are very good.

Everything was very good for the price. The welcome and the kindness received by the staff was great. Particularly the receptionist who welcomed me, the name was either Haza or Hazel (sorry) was very kind and continuously checked that I was good. The room and the bathroom were very clean. I would have stayed longer if I hadn t decided to move to a different area.
